Before we speak, I'd love to understand a little more about what's going on for you and what you're hoping our conversation might help with.

There are no right or wrong answers here. Share as much or as little as feels right, in your own words. What you write helps me arrive to our call with you already in mind, so we can spend our time together well.

To Understand Your Full Picture

Your day to day life, what you're carrying and what feels most pressing helps me see you as a whole person, not a single symptom.

To Honour What You've Already Tried

Knowing what has and hasn't worked so far means we don't retread old ground and can look together at what might genuinely help.

To Focus On What You Want To Change

Knowing what you'd love to be different, and why now feels the right time, helps us shape a conversation that moves you forward.

To Give Our Time Together Real Value

The more I know before we speak, the more of our 30 minutes we can spend on you rather than on gathering background information.

A Few Things To Know

Take your time. There's no rush. Answer in your own words and skip anything that feels tricky, but the more you share the more useful our call will be.

Privacy first. Everything you share is held in complete confidence and used only to prepare for our conversation.

Please complete before we speak. Ideally at least 24 hours before your Discovery Call, so I have time to read through thoughtfully.
