When will my Comprehensive Assessment link arrive?
Within a few minutes of your purchase. It comes after your welcome email. If it hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived within an hour, email hello@harmoniance.co.uk.
Why do the booking links unlock in sequence?
The programme is designed as a considered journey. Each stage builds on what came before, so the sequence is part of helps us make sense of what's likely to help you shift. Your next link becomes available as soon as the previous stage is complete, or Carolyn will book it with you.
All times are shown in UK time — what if I'm elsewhere?
The booking calendar will show you UK time. Please choose a slot that translates comfortably to your own time zone.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Life happens. You can rebook easily using the link included in every confirmation and reminder email.
