Before you press play, grab a notebook or the back of an envelope. There's a fair bit of writing in this, and none of it gets shared with anyone. Be honest with yourself.
Give yourself a quiet hour where you won't be interrupted. This isn't background listening. It's a real chance to notice what you're carrying, and to see it clearly, perhaps for the first time in a long while.

Somewhere you won't be interrupted. Phone on silent, door closed, a proper break from everything else.
Have a pen ready
A notebook, or any scrap of paper. There are moments to pause and write, and they matter more than the watching.
Be honest with yourself
Nothing you write is shared with anyone. The more honest you are, the more useful this will be.
