Yin & Tonic October Event - Marketing Q4 - Nove

October brings a particular kind of pressure. The year is running out, the days are getting shorter, and if you're someone others rely on, the weight of everything unsaid and undone can sit heavy in your chest and shoulders. This Yin & Tonic is about noticing what that pressure is actually doing to you, and finding a way to steady yourself from the inside.

In thirty minutes, I'll show you what I'm noticing in how people carry October, and why the usual fixes—pushing through, managing better, fitting in more—only make it worse. You'll learn a practical technique you can use right now and come back to whenever you need it. Most importantly, you'll have a chance to feel what it's like when your inner state shifts, even for a few minutes. That feeling is what becomes possible when you build the capacity to regulate yourself.

This is free, online via Zoom, and open to anyone who's tired of running on empty. No experience needed. Come as you are, and bring the part of you that knows something needs to change.

Meet Carolyn... Educator - Mentor - Trauma-Sensitive Practitioner

I created Harmoniance for people who know something in their health or life isn’t quite right.

People who are exhausted, overwhelmed, or living with symptoms that never seem to fully resolve — yet still trying to keep up with the demands of work and life.

Many are professionals or business leaders carrying constant pressure.
Or women who have been carrying too much, for too long.

Others are navigating chronic health challenges or more serious illness, including the privilege I have of supporting people living with cancer.

For years I lived in cycles of burnout, depression and chronic health problems that conventional approaches couldn’t resolve.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing symptoms and began restoring the deeper systems that regulate health.

By working at the level of energy, emotions and unresolved stress held in the body, I was able to recover from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression and burnout

Now I use everything I’ve learned — personally and professionally — to help others rebuild the foundations of their health and build the skills to regulate and rebuild their inner environment, so they have the capacity to live and work well again.

My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science to support lasting change across the whole human system.

Whether I’m working with individuals or organisations, my focus is simple:
Restoring health. Creating capacity. Helping people live and work well again.
