Yin & Tonic: November 2026, Refilling Your Reserves

Yin & Tonic: November 2026, Refilling Your Reserves
When did you last do something that actually filled you back up?

Not the scroll on the sofa. Not the glass of wine that helps you unwind but leaves you more tired in the morning. Something that left you with more than you started with.

November has a way of taking more than it gives. Dark mornings, damp school runs, year-end deadlines, and Christmas getting closer by the day. Most of us keep going on whatever’s left in the tank, and only notice how low it’s got when something small tips us over.

Yin & Tonic is 30 minutes to stop drawing on your reserves and start refilling them.

We spend most of our lives in yang: busy, doing, giving, keeping it all going. Yin is the quieter half we rarely make time for, the part that lets your system settle and replenish. And the tonic is what you take away with you.

This month, together, we’ll:
  • notice how full, or how empty, you’re really running
  • explore what’s been quietly drawing on your reserves
  • try a simple practice that helps your system settle and refill
And you’ll leave with:
  • a clearer sense of what you actually need right now
  • a practice you can use whenever you feel yourself running low
  • a little more in the tank as December arrives
You won’t need to talk, share anything or be on camera, and there’s nothing to get right. Just find a comfy spot and bring a brew.

Yin & Tonic isn’t a quick fix or a crisis service. If you need urgent support, please speak to your GP or call NHS 111.

I’d love you to join me.

Meet Carolyn - Health & Performance Architect

I'm Carolyn Jordan, founder of Harmoniance.

My own path included years in high-pressure corporate environments, alongside long-term health challenges rooted in stress and trauma, significant women's health experiences, and deep personal loss.

That combination of lived experience and years of professional training gave me a genuine love of helping people properly understand what's happening in their body, mind and emotions, and learn to transform it, so they can feel, and be, the best version of themselves.

That's the lens I bring to every person, and every team, I work with.
